Amsterdam Apartments - Long Term Rental

Finding a suitable apartment is not an easy task, especially if you are relocating to a new city or country. The Amsterdam housing market is quite regulated and there are a lot of scams out there so in most cases you will require help from an agent to find the right match. There are many relocation agencies who can help you set up your life in the Netherlands, but for housing or apartments there are numerous specialized agencies.

First you discuss your wishes with an agent who will then select and offer you options by email or, when you are in town, through visits on site. When you have found the apartment you want, then you sign a lease, typically for 6 or 12 months, sometimes longer. The agent helps with negotations and contracts for which you usually pay up to one month commission. Also you should take into account that the owner will want a deposit of 1 or 2 months rent. The prices usually exlude utilities.

We work with a pool of trusted agents who will be able to assist you in your search. Once you fill out the request form we will forward it to the agent that matches best with your criteria. The agent will contact you with selected apartment options. Please find a few apartments that are available and give you an idea of what's on offer in Mokum, slang for Amsterdam! Make an enquiry.
