A modern complex with 21 apartments. The building has an elevator, big roof terrace, private entrance. The location is in the Amsterdam South / Pijp business district next to Frederiksplein, South Canal Area and Sarphatiepark, short walk from the Albert Cuyp market. 10 mins by tram to Rai Station and Central Station.
The apartments are completely equipped with double bed, a desk with 24/hours broadband internet access and a telephone with direct number. There is also cable tv, vcr, music system with cd player. All the apartments have a separate bathroom. There is in every apartment a washing machine, automatic door opener, vacuum cleaner, iron and a completely equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, water boiler, coffee machine, microwave etc. All apartments have a private mailbox and access to the roof terrace. Some apartments have a private balcony, and standard we offer towels, bed linen etc.
Rates per night
Min. 2 nights, max 2 persons (baby, child on request):
- EUR 110 per night on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- EUR 125 for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
For weekly and monthly rentals:
- 1 week EUR 750
- 2 weeks EUR 1350
- 1 month EUR 1750
- 2-3 months EUR 1500 (per month)
- 6 months EUR 1400 (per month)
