The House History
Directly overlooking
the Geldersekade canal, this house was built in 1670 during Amsterdam's "Golden
Age". Built as the city residence
of a wealthy merchant, it has changed hands many times in the intervening
centuries and has accumulated a rich history. Though equipped with
every modern convenience, the house exudes a charming, timeless personality.
Its owners down the years have taken good care
of it with the result that, today, it proudly features most of its
original
timbers and stonework.

here. Before you even arrive, we can arrange tickets for concerts,
