Cancellation and changes to made reservations

Amsterdam.info provides online reservations in cooperation with renowned hotel reservations systems, apartment agencies, transport companies and other services. We do not keep your hotel reservation details, so you have to contact the provider of the service in order to make changes or cancel your reservation made previously.

General terms about the reservations:

1. Always please follow the instructions in your confirmation email. All details about your reservation and the contacts for cancellation are included in your confirmation email.
   
2. If you believe you have placed the reservation, and no confirmation email has been received due to an error or technical difficulties, you can use the contacts as below.
   
3. Where the credit card is not required, this is an availability request only, and must be confirmed by the service provider to become a valid reservation.

  The core hotel reservation system at Amsterdam.info is provided via Hotels.nl, the best reservation company in Holland. To contact hotels.nl reservation support please consult their contact page, or send email directly to the address: bookinghotels.nl -please don't forget to include all details about your reservation, including your name, hotel, time of booking, type and number of rooms booked, etc. Hotels.nl support is of your assistance during the office hours (Monday to Friday).
  
  Please note: there are several external links from the Links section to other reservation systems and this is out of Amsterdam.info or Hotels.nl scope of support. We cannot provide any support for the reservations made elsewhere than Amsterdam.info!
  

• Apartments - changes and cancellation
  The reservation for apartments are provided by various apartment agencies. The requests for holiday apartments at our web site must be confirmed by the apartment manager. Also please contact the apartment manager to cancel your reservation. If you have lost the email, please send another request to the same apartment and write your message to Comments/Requirements field.
  
  
• Taxi and airport shuttle - changes and cancellation
  The reservation for taxi and shuttle transfers are provided by our preferred partner. All requests must be confirmed by the taxi company. Please use details from the confirmation email to adjust or cancel your reservation.
  
  
• Group reservation - changes and cancellation
  The service for group travellers is provided in cooperation with a travel agent. Please contact the travel agent to make any changes or cancel your group reservation.
