+ The safe was handy to use, the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
- The elevator was not efficient. Often we would have to wait over 5 minutes for it as it would not respond to pushing the button. The room was very warm - there was no airconditioning and the rooms windows in the room did not open very much to allow a breeze in thus it was not very comfortable.

+ Extremely clean room and comfortable beds. Very helpful person at check-in. Location is ideal for getting to things and the actual street the hotel is on is charming. Easy to get in and out of the hotel. Included breakfast offered many choices and was better than most except much more expensive hotels.

+ The mattresses and bedding were great. The room was large and the belcony was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpfull. I would deffinetly stay at this hotel again. The location was perfect, in the center but quiet.
- the two single beds pushed together seperated easily. It would be great if the managed to put something under the legs of the bed so that if a couple is using it as one bed the beds would not separate. They used plastic cups in the bathroom, glass would be preferred.

+ The location was great. Close to the museums and within walking distace of city center.
- The hotel needs remodeling. Not what I was expecting, the internet makes it look much nicer than in person. The rooms were small and outdated as was the hotel. There was no parking, nor no place to load or unload your luggage without blocking the street.
