- The payment by credit card can be improve.Infact when you arrive the hotel reserves a sum on your credit card that you have no more available for other transactions,this sum will be starl at check out and It will be make another transaction with exact fee. In this way have to have at least double available sum on your credit card respect to due to.

+ Excellent location- close to everything but not in the busiest part of amsterdam. I have stayed at this hotel before so am very happy with it.
- Our room was at the front of the hotel, it was a little noisy, so if you want a quieter room, ask for the back of the hotel!

+ the staff at the hotel was very efficient and pleasant. The location is ideal . We had a very pleasant trip.
- We have an international telephone card which we use to make calls. We have used this system in hotels all over the world with great success and we were rather surprised to find that at your hotel we were charged for telephone service. This is not the case in other hotels (I don't know specifically about Holland) in Europe or Asia. Do check.

+ You had reduced room price if room was paid beforehand. For us it suits well because we had also fixed flying tickets. Keep this system.

+ I loved my stay at the Albus, and found it a remarkable value for the money. So much so, in fact, that I upon my recommendation my brother and nephew stayed there the following month. This was my second trip to Amsterdam, and the Albus will be my first choice in the future.
- No internal restaurant or room service. Otherwise I have only plus points.

+ I was very persistent and eventually they worked with me on a booking error that I made.
- Room was warm and opening windows briought a lot of street noise but that's Amsterdam.

+ Nice and clean, in a good location for Dam Sq (15 mins walk) and all attractions (plus loads nearby). Adjoining bar very good. Last time I stayed was given a room overlooking a canal which had a lovely view. Have stayed here many times and will again.
