- Very small uncomfortable room and bed. No possibilities to dry the air in a sweaty humid atmosphere with a strange unpleasant smell. The worst place I have ever stayed in in Europe (especially when one considers the European middle class price).

- The hotel was in rebuilding. Teh beds were of very bad quality. The one page, very small plan of A-dam cost 50 cents!!

- we moved around to at least 4 different rooms room number one, key didn’t work room number two, had to move due to construction room number three, ceiling started leaking room number four, shower head 'melted' off and spewed boiling water on my friend we received the "maximum" discount of 20% for our troubles
