- The boys and girls at the reception were always working so fast. They had just few seconds for the customer. It looked like talking to an automatic ticketmachine.

+ The location is good if you need to go to the Amsterdam Arena, but even that doesn't justifiy the pricing.
- The hotel has no aircondition and my stay was during the warm season, resulting in room temperatures of more than 30 degrees. Furthermore the food in the expensive restaurant is awfull and I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat diner there.

+ Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Large, comfortable bedroom and bathroom
- Very bad smell in lobby by lift to bedroom and in lift itself. Dining tables far too close together. Breakfast items not replaced/refreshed quickly enough and, sometimes, not at all.
