+ Great, convenient location! Love the modern design of the building. Good service! Clean room, although the bathroom walls are worn-out.
- Price was a little high for a single room. Receptionist had said that the breakfast is served in the morning, which can make customers think that breakfast is included.. but in fact, it's not.

+ Apparently the hotel has been recently renovated, so rooms are in tip-top shape. Location is excellent: very close to railway station but not quite in the middle of biggest traffic. Rooms with windows to the inner yard (like mine) are very peaceful.
- Single room was very small.

+ Centrally located. Was neat and clean and had cordial staff at the reception.
- I was shocked to know that the hotel had no room service.

+ Location is great! Hotel is not far from the train station.
- Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor facing the street, was very noisy. This hotel is listed as non smoking, even in the room there is a sign that says “No smoking”. However, room was very smelly! People smoke in the room and hotel does nothing about it!

+ VERY close to Centraal Station (right across the street...2-3 minute walk), nice front desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed, fair breakfast for 10 Euros, large modern lift in hotel with key card security, locked baggage room if you arrive or leave early
- bathroom tiny, rooms with windows facing inside courtyard allowed other guests to see right into your room also ..... this hotel is okay but I do not think I would stay here again despite very helpful and friendly front desk staff.. bath just too small and I have stayed at nicer hotels for a lower price

+ Great location near the rail station. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff.
- Additional pillows to lean back on in the bed would be nice.

+ Friendly service. 3-minute-walk from station, yet quiet place. Stylish and clean room. Great airconditioning.
- Very small room for 80 EUR, with no view. No fridge/minibar.

+ This is an incredibly convenient hotel - right across from the train station, with great showers, quiet, and comfortable beds. We found it a good location to meet because we were coming in from different parts of Europe. If you on a layover from Schipol and want to see the town, this is a very good choice.
- The rooms are very small so it is really a hotel for sleeping and washing up. However, if your plans in A'dam involve only a night or two, it is a good central location from which to explore and an easy walk with luggage. There are many trains per hour to the airport -- about fifteen or twenty minutes away.
