+ excellent location really in the center of things also the room was much bigger than expected having been warned beforehand about the room sizes in amsterdam having stayed in a shoe box in paris i was pleasantly surprized at the size of the room.

+ I love this hotel, the staff are always nice and the hotel is really clean.
The location is great and the decor is really tastefully done. We stay here whenever we can get a room.

+ Location is good. Room is newly refurbished.
- Tiny room, very expensive for the size.
Bathroom is even relatively smaller.
Internet wireless connection it is indeed only available at the lobby. No way to connect to VPN networks.

+ The location was close to all kind of attractions.
- Really small room - perhaps 4 square meters. Beside that the window was in a chimney (something like that) so i couldn't see any daylight. It was horrible and i felt claustrophobic.

+ - good air con
- good tv
- nice beds and pillows
- good shower (good water pressure)
- -towels were not so clean every day (black or brown marks on them)
-breakfast quite good, but ham/cheese/milk should be in the cold place, now the food was warm
- in the bathroom there was no place to put your stuff

+ newly renovated, nice bathrooms
- they don't have an iron in the room because there was a fire due to an iron; you have to give them your clothes to be ironed. However, they don't have the pressing service on sundays so if you need an iron on sunday your outta luck and they aren't apologetic for it either.

+ Clean, quiet and bright room. The best hotel in AMS I stayed in for last 4 years. (in this hotels category).
- Average breakfast in comparison with other hotels. Price is near the same as in ie. ibis central but the offer not so spread.
