+ nice big beds. the persons in the reception were very nice and helpful. ok tv and free internet access Ok possibillity to make tea and coffee The arrangement with the parking house to give us free bus/tram tickets and then reduce the parking fee to half price when delivering the used tickets, that was a very good initiative. We do not like to drive around in unknown big cities so we used this arrangement both days of our stay, also knowing that our car was reasonably secure.
- There was no breakfast included, and to buy breakfast was expensive. Since it was possible to make ones own breakfast we missed a refridgerator. No extra bedsheet and pillow for the kid. There should have been one free ïnternational (english spoken f ex) tv channel for kids. You ought to do something with your staircase beetween the floors, they give the impression of low standard. Not everybody like to use the elevator.

+ Nice hotel, very good price/quality (was a lot better than expected). Astonishing view if you're in one of the top floors and have a "corner" room. Nice hotel staff. Public transport not far away. Mall and ATM machine are right around the corner.
- Directly besides the highway - not loud but can be a problem if your sleep is easily disturbed by noise. Location not bad per se; it's relatively easy to reach the city centre with public transport, but you need to account for at least 15-20 minutes travel. Better plan your trips carefully, because quick visits to the hotel are not feasible. If you stay in the city late at night, you'll need a taxi (15€ from Central Station) or the night bus (never tried that, though).

+ I used to tour-guide in Amsterdam and you won't find any hotels in Amsterdam with this price. Location is bit far from downtown but with tram which is only 200 m away from hotel,city center is easily to be reached. Further more Supermarket, KFC and Cheap sushi restaurant just around corner, it was very pleasant.
- People at the receiption, some of them are poorly trained and no additional service such as port or room-service but then you shouldn't expect 5 star accomodation for that price

+ Reasonably Priced, Friendly reception
- Pillar in the middle of the room, Shower did not work well. No minibar. Poor housekeeping: bedsheets were not replaced, dirt bins not emptied etc.

+ Clean, new hotel with friendly stuff.
- Far from city center which make it hard if you want to come back and take a nap in the afternoon. However it take 15 to 20 minutes of tram/bus ride to the center.

+ Clean rooms & well maintained.
- TV remote batteries flat. Bathroom floor heating was set to max took me a day to locate the switch. Not informed that tea & coffee in rooms was available on request. No availability of after hours room service.
