+ Very comfortable hotel. Nice bathrooms with full tub/shower. Very nice furniture and tv. Can rent bikes from reception.

+ Conveniently located as close to amenities and not too far from Amsterdam centre. Quiet, no traffic noise! Staff very friendly. Beautifully decorated Christmas tree in lobby. Area is full of 'immigrants', but they are very friendly and helpful!
- Staff unaware of car park charges next to hotel. When I had to leave after two days, I was informed that the hotel had nothing to do with the car park? I paid full daily charge of Euros 12 per day as I was unaware of the discount I was entitled to, which I discovered later. Area is not very scenic and therefore not a nice view from your room. Wardrobe space extremely limited!

- Despaired from the safe, in my room, 120,00 Euros. My password was very easy, take carful, don't use the safe, never, no hotel around the world.

- For a hotel of less than 3 years old, maintenance is slipping: bad water pressure in some rooms (stayed in many in the last few weeks), leaking drain pipes, broken door knobs, broken heater (in the middle of winter!)

+ Hotel Staff polite and friendly. Nice Asian restaurant nearby. Nice floating cocktail bar 5 minutes walk away. Supermarket where you can get food cheaper right next door.
- Breakfast could be better and cheaper. Price could be just a little cheaper.

+ Nice Hotel Straight TRAM connection from the Centraal Station. very nice view from room. We were given the room on 10th floor. people at the reception were very helpful in the evening shift but in the night the reception staff was not very polite. Pricing is right if you can book the special rate rooms. In all a very nice and plesant stay. Asian hotel very near and a Pizza corner is also nearby. Would still try and book this hotel when I visit it next time.
- Staff not knowing about the Tram Numbers to certain places.

+ Helpful staff, supermarket atm and tram/bus around the corner. Clean room and bathroom, Very nice beds and pillows. Free wifi saved us having to watch dutch tv when we were in the room!
- House keeping staff came into our room when we were not there, when we had a do not disturb sign on the door. The moved our things but did not clean the room? Because of this i would probably not stay here again. The wifi is non existant in the day time.

+ + 10 points for the kind and polite handling of my problem and me.We had 2 hectic days in Amsterdam, and just before leaving I could not find my suitcase. A made a complaint,and I only realized at home that we left my suitcase at our son staying in Amsterdam.
