- the bed mattress was HORRIBLE! we never received any of the phone messages we got from our relatives in The Hague. The location was not very central.

- The window had not been fixed and was letting in a cold draft. Also, the bathroom had no heating. Maybe the entrance lounge could be extended, as there is very little room for a group of people.

+ The fact that they had a tub with bubbles as well as a shower. The fruit was good also.
- The fact that the windows don't open. They should open up onto the outside balcony as it is so beautiful, I didnt think that they made the most of this feature.

+ Confident, assured staff at all levels. Exceptional hygene levels. Wonderfully relaxed environment and yes we will be back. Nice up market area for its setting.
- A little bit far from the city centre but the tram service takes care of this.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff
- Unable to use resturant during evenings as it was booked out to a function each night. I was not informed of this prior to my stay. The bar menu was very limited. As the hotel is not in vacinity of resturants this was very poor service to residents.

+ food excellent. great location for RAI. staff fab.
- i found the staff more than helpful, the pricing accurate for what we got in the way of a 5 star hotel. The BIG drawback the hotel has is taht the rooms are not up to 5 star as i am used to. There is a distinc lack of storage if you are staying more than 2 days and as rooms they are too small for what they have tried to fit in,

+ Clean and tidy.
- we asked for a non smoking room, yet i'm sure we ended up in a room with the smell of smoke. the prices at the bar were outrageous.

- There was a private party taking place in the hotel and the valet parking was then non existant, very annoying.

+ The hotel staff were excellent, they were always cheerful and helpful. We regularly stay at hotels all over Europe and the service received at your hotel is by far the best we have had. The food was very good. The hotel was very nice too. We have recommended your hotel to friends and may use it again ourselves.
- We were given a room with two single beds having booked a double room. We were informed that 'Double room' in Holland doesn't necessarily mean a double bed but we were still a little disappointed. Having a romantic weekend away is somewhat restricted when you have seperate beds. The bathroom wasn't particularly impressive,it was clean and functional but that was it. The 'jacuzzi' bath was a bit poor.
