+ They were helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. Smart area that felt safe to walk around and in amongst the very chic shops, Best for young people with money to burn.

- Very expensive for what it was and there wasn't even breakfast included in the price. The spa refered to was infact a room. The room were very compact though well furnished and decorated. The biggest annoyance was that they tried to charge us for an upgrade we didn't ask for and then argued with us when we said we didn't want to pay for it. This was handled very badly. Some of our group didnt see this added cost so just paid anyway. Also tried to charge us for a breakfast we didnt have. Very poor value for money

+ Quiet accommodation in a lovely area. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will recommend the hotel to our friends.

- Cost of breakfast is excessise with no options for people who only want a croissant and coffee and there are no nearby coffee locations open before 10AM. No pay TV available.

+ The staff was especially helpful and curteous when we had questions or needed something done. We shall recommend the hotel to anyone asking us about our stay in Amsterdam. For our interests---museums and concerts--- your hotel is the best.

- The only minus was the size of the room.

+ Can't think of one

- Very average hotel for the price and below average accomodation and service. In explaining this to the hotel during my stay they were in no way understanding of or willing to listen to my concerns, and I was staying with a large corporate group who had booked a large number of rooms so they clearly don't value repeat business. Location is a bit of a treck from the town centre too.

+ This hotel was well worth the final days of our vacation. It was very hospitable, clean and close to all amendities.

+ really nice location, friendly people

- The sound of the aircondition machine in the courtyard is very loud and disturbs a lot, especially in the floors 1-3, the rooms like 108 - 308. Would be really important to find a solution to have it less noisy. And the idea, that I should cross the lobby in my bath cloths to use the spa definitely hinders me to do so...

+ people are very nice and kind, the service is very good. room maids are very efficient and discreete .

- the single room was absolutly not correct .it was too small, it look like a room for service.I wanted to refuse it, but my mother didn't want to make any "problems". it was not what i was expected from your company. i was very desapointed.the price of this room was too expensive in regard of the size.I will not come back in a single room.
