+ The staff were very helpful and when we asked to have the heating turned down (the knob was broken) it was done almost straight away.
- Sorry, it was a while ago!
We were very happy but perhaps the room was a little dark and, if we pulled the curtains, it was very overlooked

+ the hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was ideal.
- The booking in time at the hotel was for after 15:00 hrs. After a long journey and with my wife several months pregant found to be inconvienient. An eariler booking in time would of been better

- I arrived on Sunday and although I was to stay here for a 6 days for an international seminar, after one night at BW Eden Hotel I had enough. On Monday I had my hotel changed to NH Museum Quarter for ¤169 p/night. I didn't mind paying the extra ¤35 p/night, because the difference in quality and comfort was like night and day. NH Museum Quarter is how its supposed to be as shown on the pictures. BW Eden Hotel is not. The rooms are so small, I couldn't open de door properly and had to climb over the bed with my luggage. Everything was dusty and dirty, from bed sheets to carpet. My shower head broke off, so I had to shower with only the hose. I complained to the Duty Manager there, but he said it was only natural that things wear out and break down or get stained from time to time.

+ Thank god, this was only for one night.
- Worst hotel ever! It's unbelievable that this belongs to the Best Western hotel chain. This is no comparison to other BW hotels such as Hotel American. And that for the absurd price for ¤135 per night. Renovation is highly due and looking at the price/quality, I don't know how expensive this hotel will become after the planned renovation in September 2006. Dirty carpets, ceilings, worn-out dented bed, etc. The ran out of coffee at 10:00 o'clock in the morning and couldn't even get a quick bite!

- I find the rooms very small and dated,the televisions don't always work.There should be more rooms with mini bars in the hotel.The food is over priced for what you get,including the breakfast.

- No mini bar or access to Bottles H2O, juice.
Room are okay but not REALLY clean; Bed a bit uncomfortable.
Wish there was a superior style of room. They all seem to be the same.
