+ Near airport Friendly helpful staff - our stay extended by the volcano fallout. Almost all staff went beyond the norm to assist us during this difficult time.
- One male staff member was less than friendly. Changing daily rates. Trash not removed from room two night running. Phone did not work on two nights. Insufficient towels in room.

+ A 2 minute walk to Amsterdam airport and the train station. Very convenient. Also the price is right. I appreciated the no fuss check-in and the amenities in the lobby. I especially liked the view unto the tarmac anand the soundproof room.
