+ The bed was wonderful, large and very comfortable. Very convenient to airport and no noise could be heard in the room. Common areas are very nice.
- Needs a little more space in general, especially to hang clothes. Sink was hard to use with no flat space around it.

+ The initial attraction of the hotel was its location within Schipol airport and its price. I was delighted to find that every aspect of my stay was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

+ I love this hotel! Very futuristic. It's like a hotel on a space station. Quite unique. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the design is incredible. I would urge anyone who has a stopover at Schipol to stay there.

+ Great design, exciting lobby, good use of space in the rooms (love the electronic gadgets), friendly international staff.
Bartender knows how to make a great Martini.
- We ordered in pizza, after asking a staff member if we could.
She also told us that we could eat it werever we wanted.
Halfway our meal a Dutch (of course) staff member told us that we had to finish it in our room.
We feld a little bit like two kids who were sent to their room.
Later, I complained to the guy and he handled it very well.
He wasn't defensive and apologized.

+ Although I did not mind to check in and out in the computers myself, I did very much appreciated the kind, effecient and customer friendly assistance provided by the receptionist late evening 20 Feb and early morning 21 Feb. My compliments to the two staff members who assisted. It is nice to see a friendly smile and to have a person to speak to.
