+ Hotel's design was excellent and staff was very kind and helpful. I felt extremely comfortable!
- Luck of hot meals...microwave-heated pre-cooked food is not what my concept on food...I would prefer to have at least a minimum choice of 2-3 freshly cooked healthy meals.

- the rooms are very small and don't have a bathroom at a standard that I would like to have. Having the toilet in the middle of the room with blind glass that is not blind enough, having a tiny basin, no big mirror etc is not acceptable for me. I wouldn't book this hotel again because of the missing privacy.

+ The Bed, I want one! The free wifi and films. The moodpad, lighting and general design theme in the room and "lounges".
- If sharing a room, you'll need to be quite intimate, not much privacy.

+ The room was light and the bed was fabulous!
- We were two girls so we would have appriciated two separate blankets. And then there was this plumbing problem, the shower drain was overflowing and we had couple of cm water on the floor...

+ Very "edgy" modern features. Fabulous support staff. Good for short business trips. Easy 1 block walk to intercity and airport train and Amsterdam trams.
- Ultramodern in room bath fixtures don't provide much flat counter space! Few places to hang clothing. Only one drawer for storage [under the bed]

+ The shower, the bed, the reception area, the bar! All areas of the hotel were really comfortable, looked really stylish and it was a great hotel to stay in. I'd highly recommend it.
- The toilet facilities in the room mean that it's quite an intimate experience! You need to know someone very well to be comfortable and it's a short tram journey to town. These are minor points though really, I really enjoyed my stay.

+ Cool, technological design, nice helping service, very large bed (you can lose your wife in it), remote control of room, good scent and feeling of the CitizenM. Apple computers free for use to guests. Free wireless internet. Feels more like a business hotel.
- No window, balcony or other, no smoking. Small rooms (about 12m2). Toilet inside the room (without windows, this makes you too close to your partner)
