+ Futuristic......fun....friendly! That just about sums it up for us. Uncommonly clean. Ambassadors extremely helpful and patient to those of us experiencing a total new concept.
- Phone didn't work in our friends' room so we couldn't contact each other...at least I couldn't call them. Just a little stressing because we had to get up at 4:00 a.m. for a 7:00 a.m. flight. However, staff did offer us a complimentary glass of wine....phone problem...what phone problem?

+ Great service, great design, smashing lobby / lounge / breakout area.
- I have one major issue with the room that will make a return visit not very likely: the synthetic pillow and bed duvet. I can not sleep under a synthetic duvet and with a synthetic pillow. It makes me sweat and very uncomfortable. I had to wrap the pillow in a cotton towel and cover myself in my own clothes in order to sleep in your otherwise fantastic hotel. Please make the beds 'green' and use natural products!!

+ Location! So close to airport. Just a 30 min train ride into Amsterdam cental station. Super comfy, quiet, and well designed rooms. A+ for the super friendly and down to earth staff, too! That makes such a diffrence. 5 minute walk to Schiphol airport!

+ We really enjoyed the "out there" design of this hotel. The room felt like a cozy nest. Although small, there was sufficient room for us to store our four suitcases plus carry-ons without tripping over them. We'd definitely stay again.
