+ Great location, nice, clean, good sized rooms, flat screen tv, friendly, helpfull staff, GREAT BREAKFAST!,plenty of clean towels, I would recomend this hotel to anyone.
(We were a group of six males)
- there is a lot of noise from within the hotel and from the street outside, the two inch gap at the bottom of the bedroom door did not help reduce the corridor noise. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

+ Everything is within walking distance.
- Check-in time is too late and check-out too early in all Amsterdam hotels; they wont let you in before that time. Bathrooms are too old. Prices for weekends are exorbitant for two/three stars hotels, and they often have a minimun stay.

- The rooms are very, very, very small.
There was a drip in our room and they give us no chance to change it.

+ The breakfast is excellent! Well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and our room was a good comfortable size (superior double). The hotel was a little away from the hustle & bustle but being right next to the park was ideal for casual walks and taking in the a tmosphere. I would stay here again!
- The first night we didn't sleep too well as the radiator made a constant noise however after finding the off switch we slept like babies. The toilet smelt slightly, could have done with a bit more bleach.

+ Very nice room, flat screen, silent. Great breakfast. We liked to stay in the room ;)
- Amsterdam is in principal very expensive, that's why this hotel is possible also so. We are not able to compare, as we only stayed there.
One small minus: they wanted to clean the room in the late afternoon, when we were already back.

+ Nice Room, everything you need
Good Breakfast
Very quit location (Vondel Park), you can hear birds singing
Very near to V.v.G. Museum
- Very loud inside the house at night (some guests feel like home and party the whole night)
Service team was not much motivated
No lunch paket instead of breakfast, when you leave early in the morning

+ Breakfast is great.
Location is really good (near the center and museum).
The hotel is located in a high shopping road (really nice)
- The room was really simple, small tv with no international channel.
The bathroom wasn't that big and the shower quite small.

+ Good breakfast.
2 of the 3 receptionists were kind and helpful. (The third certainly was not.)
- We had two single rooms. One was OK. The other had no wardrobe/clothes cupboard, no table lamp, no bedside table, no drawers: not 3* standard.
My possessions were moved from my room into another (better) room while I was out, with no warning.

+ Location of the hotel is in the city center and it was great. The guy in the reception helped us a lot (rezervation of tours, giving info about Amsterdam etc.)
- Especially,I would like to point out the hygiene conditions of rooms and the all hotel. Once I saw some insects walking on the walls when I was sitting in the lobby bar!!! Also there was a bad smell in the room, and nobody made something to remove it from the room we stayed. Badclothes are not clean( I found some hair on badclothes and pillows...)
