+ The room itself was brilliant, for what we needed during our trip, us 4 lads had pretty *dam good time there overall.*(no pun intended)

- The stairs up to our room 11a,top floor were ridiculously steep and the toilet door in the room didn't shut.

+ The agreed to serve breakfast an hour earlier than usual so we could eat before running the marathon.

- The room was very dirty, the window couldn't close proberly and there were no curtains. Under the 3 nights stay there were only a maid in the room once!

+ Nice and helpful personnel at the reception.
God location close to the city center.

- That you have to pay for the whole stay when you arrive.
There is no difference between smoking and non smoking rooms.
There was a lot of noise from the street because of the tram and working with the metro. And the room was cold. It could be better with new windows.

+ However, all up the hotel/room and service were good and I would consider this hotel again.

Thank you Paul Evans

- The bed in my room was rather uncomfortable (single bed) seems like it tilted to one side (LH)
very much...RC for the tv did not work and no spare was available.

+ Hotel reception / dining area was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Served by friendly and pleasant staff.
Excellent location for train station and city centre.

- Stayed in room 16 - ground floor at the rear of the building.
Very disappointed in the standard of the room - not like the photo. Furnishings and decor were worn and shabby. Draughty windows had been repaired with masking tape. Bathroom was very dark.
