+ Great location in the center of the city
- Bathroom smells bad, ventilation was very loud. 4 tiny beds in a tiny room -more like a hostel.

+ You get what you pay for, a basic room for a basic price. Was better than what i actually expected and i found all the staff to be really nice and helpful.

+ Super location 10 mins from Central Station and Dam Sq. Also excellent price. I asked for the lowest room available and had only a handful of steps to walk up. Very helpful staff with time for silly questions!
- Tiny bathroom with back to front toilet; very smelly till flushed! No tea or coffee making facilities. Softest bed I ever slept in.

+ Friendly staff. OK breakfast (included).
- Really run down rooms. The first room was ice cold. I changed to another where the window (or rather, a cupole on the roof) had no drapes. Also, above the bed was a big window with a view to (and from) the corridor outside!! Very weird.

+ I give a plus dot with pleasure for the kindness. The staff all of his members very kind man. we felt well. Thank you.
- The mistakes are teeny-weeny mistakes only. The room was very tiny. If I opened the packet moving was not place. The hygiene is properly, it would be necessary to wash the bedspread simply.
