+ i love this hotel it was my second stay here and the rooms are recent redocorated so even nicer than last time.
- stairs are a bit of a killer after 3 days of climbing up n down them.

+ hotel was good value very friendly well located and the breakfast was lovely. we will bok again if we come back next year many thanks
- Our room was very high up and so by the time we got to our room we were too tired to go out gain!!

+ The staff were excelent.
- Breakfast did not include any drink apart from tea/coffee - orange juice or squash would of been a grate benifit.

+ Hotel tres bien situe dans le centre d'amsterdam proche des animations touristiques, bars, restaurants, discotheques. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec tres belle vue sur la place. Prix tres abordable en basse saison.

- i found breakfast very limited and feel a wider choice would be a plus tea and coffee facilities in bedrooms would be another bonus

- the bread at breakfast was already toasted, so after sitting on the side for an hour or two it was dry and cracking. If a toaster were set on the counter, people could toast their own bread and have it to their liking.

+ We stayed in a separate building from the Hotel; it was actually like a small apartment all to ourselves!!! DEFINITELY going to stay at Utrechstraat EVERY time we're in A'dam!!!
