- 1. I had to pay 5 % extra, because I payed with credit card and this payment I hav´t do before I get the kay to the room.
2. The room was very dirty
3. I had booked ensuite, to have own shower and TV. TV did´nt work and the shower was throwing water allover the bathroom. The wiew from the window was to inner carden
4. At 4 o´clock in the morning balckbeetles was running all over the room. Ten´s of them.
5. I left the hotel after one night and checked in to another hotel.
6. Didn´t get any money back after leaving.

I´m travelling very often in business in Europe and never before had an experience from hotel like this. My company doesn´t care about the price of the room, but when You have´t stay in hotel approx. 100 nights per year, You would like to have Your stay comfortable.

I´m going to visit Netherlands next time after few weeks and the hotel is not going to be this one.

- The boiler in our hotel was situated right above our bedroom, and created considerable noise every fifteen minutes or so, throughout the night. We barely slept the first night, and were forced to move hotels to another across the road due to this noise. The hotel said they had never had a complaint about the room before!!

+ none.

- Horrible hotel. The quality of the bed is less than adequate. The rooms and the sheets are dirty. So much noise in the building (tubing) that we couldnt sleep of the hole night. Very very bad hotel.

+ the location was really good, and we could come and go as we pleased.

- there was a mouse in our room one night and the most anyone could do was give us a mouse trap.

+ Incredible location for cheap prices, although there are better hotels along the same road but most don't allow food - this one does.

- Possibly the most awkward of Hollands notoriously awkward stairways.
