- For a Club Room, we thought the room was small - the same size as any other standard room. But perhaps not for Amsterdam.

+ The staff are very friendly and helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. Room service was excellent. Staff bent over backwards to accomadate our needs when we asked. My partner asked for all alchohol to be removed from the mini bar which the staff did without question.

- The room was a little shabby and not as large as we had hoped for considering the price. The bathromm was not as nice as we had expected either. We had to request for the mini bar to be re-stocked with snacks.

+ I was satisfied. I plan to stay in your hotel again while that's not true for all hotels I visited before.

+ location excellent - very central. Bar staff/shop/concierge all very friendly and helpfull. The Swimming pool was the main reason I first stayed at the Crowne.

- perhaps the bedroom hallways might have been better lit/decorated.

+ The location is perfect for all the night life in Amsterdam. The gym and suana is a great plus for the hotel and I really enjoyed the available access.

- Overall the room and service was satisfactory, however there were a couple of occansions while I was there that I had to remind the staff to refill the mini-bar and clean my room. Presonally for the price the service should be excellant and a coustmer should not have to follow up on requests to the front desk.

- When you stay in a club room you get breakfast at a special lounge, which is very limited compared to breakfast restaurant.
