+ Really nice hotel, easy to get to and central. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice too. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

+ The location is very good, and it is easy to be found. Rooms facing the canel are very quiet even when the trams are operating. The reception is polite and patient, staffs are quite helpful. The room is big considering the location of this hotel.
- The shower did not work and I had to call the staff to repair it late at night. I was also surprised that the breakfast was very plain, maybe that is one of the reasons for the not-so-expensive price.

- Our room was overlooking the street and could get quite noisy. this will not put me off staing at this hotel again but next time will request a room overlooking canal. Decor in hotel more 3* than 4*.

+ good location - very central to all attractions, pleasant/safe area, beside tram line - five minutes by tram from central Station, 5 mins walk to Leidseplein or Spui. Helpful staff.

+ All staff who worked on reception especially the night staff were very good and helpful
- In the breakfast room we had to ask several times for spoons, milk etc. Would it not be better to lay the table properly before guests sit down for breakfast.

+ Fantastic location on canal, tram outside front door, in hip area of Amsterdam. Excellent soundproofing in room/had 1st floor room next to street and trams-heard nothing. Nice breakfast. Pleasant staff. Good value for price. Had non-smoking rooms; breakfast room was non-smoking, which was very pleasant.
- None really. Older hotel, but nicely renovated.
