+ The room was extremely comfortable and well designed. The bathroom was very nice and roomy. Pillow and bedding were excellent, an important element in any quality hotel. The nicest of your employees was a bartender I encountered the evening of my stay, and in my opinion the only person with any hospitality skills in evidence. He treated me like an important and valued guest, a small thing, but it means a great deal if you're the guest.
- Ordering room service the day of my departure was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with the hotel. The people at your front desk were ill informed regarding the cost of contitental versus full breakfast, and when I asked twice for a definative price, I was promised the 19EU price. The menu in the room had the full breakfast at 21EU, and even though I informed the hotel manager of the dispairity, she seemed uninterested in making the 2Euro price adjustment. Rarely is the cost of customer satisfaction so easily attainable. But the real affront came when the breakfast arrived without cutlery, which meant choosing between eating my warm eggs with my hands, or eating them cold when the cutlery arrived, and neither option was ideal. One other thing...you might want to consider rethinking your lighting system, which could cause real problems when the lights in the entire room shut off when you're not expecting it. Perhaps your front desk personel ought to prepare guests for this eventuality.

+ The design of the furnishings and fixtures and the decor were both of the very highest quality -- and everything worked as expected (except for some problems in getting the mini-bar to open -- but these were fixed).
- The only minuses I can think of are that the room was a little bit cramped (not much empty floor space) and it had two single beds instead of a king size bed.

+ Beautiful rooms. The bed is SUPERIOR. The staff are knowledgeable and very nice (other than the above mentioned staff)
- The room service menu is not very good. The breakfast buffet staff are rude and not very well trained. It takes them a good 15 to 20 minutes to ask if I need coffee.
