+ Lovely comfortable rooms with everything you want, beds a particular plus ! Handy for the airport, shuttle bus - limited hours (you would not want to arrive very late at night, taxi will not take you there !) Excellent choice of restaurants and good quality food. Heated mirrors in bathroom ! Sound system in bathroom !
- Not sure how the hotel rates can double in price from one week to the next in September !

+ The pool and sauna really stand out, enough to make me stay at this hotel instead of the Marriot/Sheraton/Hilton just for that reason alone.

+ Front desk, reception staff very freindly and helpful. I was up-graded to an excecutive room which was very comfortable. The food and staff in the sports bar were excellent.
- In-room internet charging is a little erratic and confusing. It is too easy to increase the user time. However, when I explained this to reception it was not questioned or an issue.

- Restaurant closed at 2230 and the only place to eat was a very smoky Sports bar ...there should be a non smoking area to eat if there is restaurant facilities over night.

+ Fabulous hotel with excellent facilities and comfortable rooms. The bike hire was excellent too with new well maintained bikes.
- We had great difficulties getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel after the hotel bus has stopped for the evening. None of the taxi drivers would take us because it was such a short journey. They all said they didn't know where it was despite being given the full address and they had sat navigation. This is a real problem which needs addressing please.
