+ its a real good hotel, people are nice, higiene are good, the services real works, confortable in the winter. we recomend. it is very central, good to see the city almost by foot our ciclying.
- the beds are to much soft...some carpets need to be clean more often.

- One card (used as a key to enter the room) for two people in a room, so you cannot go out alone otherwise the people in the room as no electricity!

+ Hotel is near the centre of Amsterdam The Rembrandtplein next to the hotel is very cool to visit, a lot of pubs,clubs,etc. Very nice decoration inside the hotel. Rooms are very beautiful, there is no noise from other rooms.
- The cleaning staff makes too much noise in the morning-for the people who leaves the hotel later and sleeps longer-

- Very poor service took over 24 hours to get a kettle, never got any more tea and coffee or a cup to drink from. A previous occupants pubic hair was stuck on the tiles in the shower and for the 5 day stay these were not washed away. Bathroom offered no privacy and was unventilated.

+ Very pleasantly surprised by the standard of rooms in this budget-priced hotle. They were lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean and with very nice decor and features in the room. Smashing location with lots of bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
