+ Hotel quite close to the centre of Amsterdam (15 mins tram ride) and is in a reasonable quite location (good enough to get a decent nights sleep). After reading a few reviews about this hotel, I was in two different minds as alot of people complained about the size of the room. Yes the standard double rooms are a little small and the bathroom is tiny; but you get what you pay for. I definately have no complaints as I was on a small budget and the comfort was extremrely good.

+ 1) Room was very tidy, because it was cleaned very day.
2) The location of the hotel was perfect.
- 1) The doors of hotel rooms should be tighter. Noise from corridor sounds very well to room and smell of marijuana also carry inside the room.
2) There should be some step from shower to toilet, because when you are in shower, the whole toilet floor is very wet. Shower curtain does not help at all.

+ Location was nice...nice neighbourhood next to the park. Next to the tram station if you don't mind the noise, or if you are lucky to get a room on the back side where it is pretty quite...
- Service was very bad. They didn't even bring an iron to the room. You have to go get it!!! Rooms are extremely small. We could berely fit in there...literaly. The room was a double but there was space only for the bed. They managed to put a chair and a tiny desk, but I couldn't see why since there was no space to sit. My cubical at work is bigger than that room!!! It was also very noisy due to the tram right next to it.

+ Location is very good.
- There was no air conditioning in the rooms which made it hard, and the fact that there is no fridge made it even harder. The rooms are too small for 2 people.

+ Good tram links into the town centre.
- The room we were allocated looked nothing like the pictures on the internet, the room was very small - no bigger than a cross channel ferry cabin and with bars at the window as we were in the basement got very hot and this was only in March - I wouldn't like to imagine what the room was like in the hotter months.
