+ The bathrooms are fitted out beautifully and the power showers are fantastic!
- Only a very minor point but there could have been more coffee / creamer offered in the rooms. We had to find maids to get more in the mornings.

+ Very nice hotel, very comfy beds, and well designed rooms. staff very friendly and helpfull.
- there was no mention on booking of the hotel tax, or the room deposit of ¤50. It would be nice to know in advance.

- I only had a couple of issues - one being no shower doors and the other being that I was assigned a non-smoking room without requesting it.

+ Internet availability near reception was good for us as we did not bring a laptop with us. Reception staff were most helpful and friendly. Baggage storage was good when awaiting room availability.
- Rating for Service is based on our Breakfast service for the a la carte breakfast on Tuesday 27th Feb which was poor. My family and I had to wait about 20 minutes for toast, which was cold when it arrived. Of course the tea/coffee, which was provided quite quickly after ordering was very cold by this time. As an extra cup of tea was chargeable(also with fixed charge breakfast) we had no option but to accept very poor service. A self service breakfast would be preferable as with most good hotels now, with no additional charge for a second cup of tea/coffee. Check-in delay to 3pm - Is this necessary with check-out by 12 noon. Mini-Bar charge of 5 Euro for a bottle of mineral water seems excessive. I left an unopened bottle(purchased elsewhere) in my room rather than carry it. Would the Hotel buy this back for 5 Euro? I don't think so.

+ Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was fairly priced and of good quality. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have found in a hotel.
- The view out of the window was not particularly pretty. However, the worst thing was the bathroom. The door was made of glass which meant that you could see through it but it also clanged every time you open or closed it. The other problem was the lack of a shower screen / curtain, meaning that when one of you had a shower the bathroom got soaked! Really badly thought out!!!
