- Very unfriendly reception staff double room with twin bed: misleading customer information. inacceptable. second bed camping bed with no comfort and too short. will never stay at tulip inn again and write only bad reviews into online travel sites

- 1.very bad matrass,had to sleep on flore !! complained about it,nothing was done in 3 nights ! very dissapointed !!! othewise i´d have 9 on service. 2. 30¤ for carpark is too much !!! it was the highest rate we had in one month all over europe !!!

- shower/ toilet area too small and requires upgrading. shower curtian not ideal, water goes all over floor. carpet required cleaning.

+ Nice and quiet at night for sleeping but close enough to night life. The hotel was nice and clean and staff were polite and helpfull.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff and a very enjoyable stay. Convenient location without being in a noisy area.
- Double room has two beds joined instead of one large bed. This is a real pet hate of mine because these beds always separate.

+ The rooms and bathrooms were very modern, and most importantly extremely clean (cleaned daily). Satellite television was a bonus. Location was great as everywhere in Amsterdam is within walking distance and the Leidseplein was less than a 5 minute walk. Our stay at the Tulip Inn went very smoothly - most enjoyable. Thank you.
- Shower curtain not great - glass screen would be huge improvement, and would mean creating less laundry as we had to use towels on the floor.
