European Apartments Reservations has affordable spacious accommodation in Amsterdam, only 10 minutes by public transport from the shopping centre and night life. Close to RAI congress centre and all main spots but not on Dam square in the heart of the city centre.
European Apartments Reservations offers something different for holiday periods. All the different types of accommodation are centrally located inside the zone 5700 (centre of Amsterdam) in residential areas, maximum 3 kilometres away from the heart of the city.
The apartments are only a few weeks per year available for sub-letting to tourists when the residents renting and living in the apartments are out of town or sleeping in another apartment. Letting the apartments for a month is the priority.
These apartments are NOT a hotel or guest house or bed and breakfast. You sub-let directly from the tenants, not from the owners. You get your own keys. House keeping is available to serve you with cleaning service.
Whether you are single, a couple, a family visiting Amsterdam, or a team working and living in Amsterdam, these apartments in unique locations offer many facilities and will meet all your needs.
