+ Breakfast is served until well after 10, which is great after a long night...
- 1. Although I am a non-smoker, I received a smoking room which had a pregnant cigarette smell.
2. The bathroom door has about 5 cm. missing in the lower part next to the floor (???) which gives no privacy to the one using the bathroom (total lack of soundproof between the toilet and the main room)
3. There was no wireless internet signal in the room although it was advertised. Wireless internet was only available in the main hotel lobby.
4. At +200Euro/room, the executive room is too small. I cannot imagine how the standard room looks like.

Tres bon lit et matelas
- La chambre DELUXE etait presentée avec un decor particulier et design
Or, la déco n'avait rien d'exceptionnelle, tres clean style Novotel, sans plus !

+ Excellent breakfast set-up. Friendly and helpful staff, apart from Reception - see below.
- Reception staff were less than efficient - and not particularly polite with it. They could not find our booking when we arrived, and found it very difficult to get the bill to match the booked rate when we were leaving.

- The special breakfast price of 16.50 wasn't charged, instead 20.00 was charged. I showed my reservation which stated 16.50, that didn't matter. So that's why I give service only 1 point.
