+ Quaint, Cute, Comfortable and very friendly staff. Easy Access to City Center, yet far enough away to have a relaxing atmostsphere.
- The Bed was 2 beds in one, but would split apart when me and my girlfriend slept in the middle of the bed.. perhaps strap them together? Not a huge complaint :)

- Very expensive to park the car nearby the hotel. Wierd to be asked to pay for watching the tv in the room.

+ Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable; located on quiet residential street a short walk to two major art museums. Staff is helpful and pleasant (speak good English); breakfast buffet above average. Easy streetcar ride to the city center with frequent service. Excellent quality for the price.
- My room would have been small for two people, each with a suitcase.

+ Friendly helpful staff. Quiet. Near to the tram, but the centre is easily walkable. Next to park.
- As Brits, we'd really appreciate tea and coffee making facilities. A "welcome" package of bottled water or similar would be nice.

+ Great location and quiet area next to the Vondelpark. Nice 15 minutes walk to the center of Amsterdam, but also only 100 meters to tram stop if you prefer go by tram. Very nice rooms and very nice and helpful staff in the hotel and the breakfast was also very good!
- Maybe a little expensive, but everything else was so perfect so it does not matter so much.

+ The location was ideal, the bed was comfortable enough and the bathrrom was clean. The breakfast was fine.
- The carpet was very stained. Two of the people I dealt with at the front desk were helpful in providing information and offering assistance but others didn't seem to have basic information a tourist might need and didn't go out of their way to please.
