Nice people at the reception
- The bread for breakfast is misrable.
The noise from other guests in the middle of the night was unacceptable.

+ It was so friendly
We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel when we arrived mid-morning and again after we checked out at 10am until we left for the airport at 3.30pm

- Tiny beds, odd shaped very small rooms, not enough seating in breakfast room for everyone (go down late!!), surly night staff.

+ Really good buffet breakfast, not very noisy, extremely close to the museums in amsterdam and a main tram line. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet really close to everything.
- The inside of the toilet bowl was a bit dirty on our arrival. The service at the front desk was very laid back, neither good nor bad. You have to leave your key at reception when you leave which is a bit strange.

+ Perfect location from which to explore Amsterdam, very clean, polite and friendly staff. Out of all the hotels i've stayed in around Amsterdam this is the only one i've returned too.

+ Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Overall a positive experience.
- I had no trouble with access, but the hotel has Very steep stairs to the entrance and some rooms. These may be difficult for parents with small children or the elderly. I did not like leaving my bag on a completely open shelf. Secure storage would be better.
