+ Clean room, good size, nice view, everything was great even the staff was realy nice
- Couldnt be able to conect to the free wireless internet, so i had to use the pc in the lobby that charges 2€ 30 min, but i paid for one hour 4€ just for send one mail and make a reservation cause the pc was realy realy slow

+ Excellent location for museums and easy tram/bus transport to city centre - both 2 minutes away.Pleasant,safe location for exploring surrounding area or walking into city centre. Reception and cleaning staff were extremely friendly,knowledgable and helpful.Rooms cleaned daily. Reception available 24 hours. Bar and internet/computer (2 euros for 30mins) available.
- We stayed in a 3 bedroom room which although basic and small was fine for our use as a base to sleep. Although clean and functional, would benefit from redecoration/painting and updating e.g. 14" TV and remote was tatty. (Disappointed with Riijksmuseum but Van Gogh recommended.)

+ Location, the Staff was very cool, easy to find from the Airport. Breakfast was a very good, simple, typical European morning meal; good food, good coffee and not too much sugar -- Thank You.
- Noise travels through the walls easily, but that was not a major problem.

+ Excellent location, close to the Concertgebouw and Rijksmuseum and 5 minutes to Leidseplein. Friendly and service-minded staff - first class service! Bathroom and toilet clean and functional. Rooms facing backyard without any noise from the street. Breakfast from 0730, meaning that you can start early if you want to. A good hotel-choise for those who want to explore Amsterdam and not the hotelroom. Tramlines 2 & 5 just around the corner.
- Thin walls and doors means that sound from other rooms, staircase etc. can be disturbing. Prices a bit high compared to comfort/quality.

+ Good location. Loved the sound of the Carillion Bells that rang out from the local Church. We had a family room on the first floor,(son of 13 and daughter of 7), overlooking the tree lined street complete with a small balcony. 4 single beds and a small tv that received numerous English chanels including BBC1. Helpful staff who all spoke very good English. Superb hotel, deserves better than its 2 star rating. Supermarket and park very close by, we were very lucky with the weather and had numerous picnics. The hotel is one street back from upmarket designer shopping area. Would DEFINATELY recommend this hotel!
- Breakfast things all packed away by end of service at 10.00am prompt. Had problems getting milk for my final cup of tea. Only a small niggle though!
