- Unfortunately it was very hot in Amsterdam and the room was very hot not having air conditioning on the top floor, you should have one

+ The service was excellent in this little hotel. I enjoyed the conversations with all the staff from waiting staff, cleaning and the desk. They helped me find where I needed to go easily and were always welcoming and delightful.

+ Would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Amsterdam.
- The only minus point is that there is no air conditioning. Although there are fans in the rooms it got a bit warm and stuffy.

+ The front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The service staff were also very good - we had a room full of stuff and yet they still managed to make the room beautiful every day. We will be back - excellent location
