+ Los desayunos son una auténtica maravilla, tanto en el servicio, como en la cantidad y calidad de la comida. La relación calidad precio es muy buena, comparada con otros hoteles.La situación del hotel con respecto al centro es bastante buena, en 5 minutos el tranvía te deja en la plaza Dam, lugar céntrico de la ciudad.

- Las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes, y las escaleras, típicas por otro lado de la zona, son demasiado empinadas y no hay ascensor.

+ The location of the hotel was good; easy connections to the railway station. Apart from the shower, the room was nice.

- The staff was not kind nor flexible at all. The water in the shower was either ice-cold or extremely hot, so showering was nearly impossible. The breakfast that was included could hardly even be called breakfast, there wasn't even free juice available.

- The lobby was next door to the breakfast room, where you couldn't smoke. However, the receptionist smoked and you could smell that while you were eating breakfast. That we didn't enjoy.
