+ It had a quadruple room for us.
- The breakfast begins too late , at 7:30 am.So, at this time we were already in the airport, without taking it. In my country breakfasts in hotels begin at 6:00 am.!!!

+ Great location, nice room decoration, comfortable bedding, nice view from our fourth floor room, lots of Dutch and English TV channels, close to restaurants, coffeeshops and the canals, friendly staff and free buffet breakfast each morning!
- The room is very small, which cannot be helped. Contrary to some, I found the sink outside of the bathroom quirky and kind of interesting. Also, our shower had poor drainage and would overflow if we showered for too long, i.e., more than five minutes. But at least it had good pressure! There was a lot of traffic outside, which might disturb the light sleeper, but this did not bother us.

+ Delighted with interior of this hotel, it's service and beautiful bathroom and bedroom furnishings.
- Only the exterior which is badly in need of a coat of paint and which gives the wrong impression of what one will find inside.

+ great location, only 20 min walk to dam square or short tram ride. ledesplein is 2 minute walk and has great bars and cafes. hotel is nice for the price you pay. one of the best on the road where it is. breakfast okay as well. would stay again.

+ Great location, close to everything, yet away from the hustle. Tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Clean rooms and great shower. Good price (for Amsterdam) would def stay there again.

- The room was absolutely tiny, and I had an allergic reaction to the shower gel they give (I've never ever had that sort of problem before). The decoration is really ugly too... all in all not great.

Hotel de Paris is a cosy 3-star hotel situated in the centre of Amsterdam, near the Leidseplein.
