+ Really nice small friendly hotel in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a balcony and overlooking trees. Very peaceful area close to Leidseplein. Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Will definitely go back there.
- Very few. Lift small and noisy, walls quite thin.

+ Very nice and comfortable hotel with friendly personel and good breakfast. In other words an excellent hotel for its price. The location was great - the museum area and the Vondelpark are really close to it.
- You have to check out at 11 am.

+ We had a lovely room (15) and it was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, and our welcome on arrival was very warm.

+ Very good service,close to leidseplain,easy to find,nice and kind people.We are very pleased with Hestia hotel.
- Old elevator,very small and old rooms.Very expencive for 100Euro per day.my estimation is the rooms that we stayed worth not more than 70Euro.

Hotel Hestia in Amsterdam is a friendly family run hotel. Situated in a peaceful area on the edge of the famous Vondelpark in the heart of Amsterdam, very near to the centre. The Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, casino, shopping streets and entertainment are all within walking distance. All rooms are equipped with bath/shower, toilet, television and radio, telephone, hair-dryer, safe, minibar and wireless Internet acces. There is an elevator and a charming garden as well.
the hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet and is open all year. The service of this hotel will contribute to a pleasant stay in Amsterdam; the staff will welcome you cordially!
There are good connections with Schiphol Airport, RAI congress centre and Central Station. There are also differant parking garages in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Parking in the street is possible as well.
