+ Typical Ibis Hotel, did not disapoint.l
- Not near the Slorterdijk railway station at all!!! The WiFi Internet Access did not seem to reach the 9th floor!

+ The hotel was very clean and modern - the room was a good size and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was quite nice with a good choice available, although maybe not worth an extra 11 euro per day. Although the hotel is out in the suburbs, it's only a 15-minute bus journey from Central Station with the No. 48 bus stopping right outside the hotel.
- If you're looking for a view, forget it - the room overlooked a drive-through Burger King although there were some wind turbines in the distance! There was a smell of stale smoke from the room - I had to leave a window open the whole time I was there (I was not given a choice between a smoking or non-somking room). Hairdryer and iron are supposedly available but you have to go to reception to get them - I went looking for an iron several times but there was never one available.

- Checkin took forever. No non-smoking rooms left. Overcharged for 2 beers (large instead of medium) on bill.

+ This place was perfect for our group of nine to get a hotel to meet all of our needs including, easy access by car, free parking, double and triple rooms at great rates and access to public transportation(bus stop infront of hotel).
- Location is a bit of a factor... to go into the city you first have to take a bus to get to Central Station since it is not in walking distance. but really only about ten minutes on the bus and ¤2,40 per person, then once you are at Central Station you can walk and see lots or take a tram and see lots more.

+ The staff was extremely helpful.
- Hard to find an electrical outlet. The air conditioning never got all that cool. Internet access costs an arm an a leg. Other Ibis hotels provide it free. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and overpriced.

+ Very convenient location for my business visit. Booking system was exellent.
- Restaurant food was not as good as it could have been. It was not bad but the choice and quality could be improved. No local entertainment amenities.
