+ All round great deal - a surprisingly great place to stay for a fairly cheap price. Great staff, clean, comfortable, larger than expected room. Good location.

+ The bed sheet are clean. and the location is near shuttle bus station.
- narrow stairs and dark access. breakfast is really very simple. The front side room of hotel is too noisy, if you require noiseless, don't choose the front side.

+ - We smoked in our room anyway, as long as the window was open noone seemed to care. - Fresh towels every day. - Location's good, and staff are friendly. Happy to tell you where to go etc. - You can put a forth person in your room, and get a matress etc. for only an extra 15 euro a night.
- - Said we couldn't "smoke" in our room or we'd be kicked out. - Really Steep Stairs. - Breakfast was.. cereal, toast with cheese and meat. No hot alternatives available. - Small Safe is useless, as its not screwed down and can be lifted up/ easily stolen.

- I think the room was clean but it doesn't seem clean. The room has not been painted for ages!!! very old bed clothing. The room looks a little bit disgusting.

- Entrance hall: smells as if it hasn't been aired in years (could be just the cat smell though) The cat in the restaurant, on the counter-not very hygienic I'd say, considering that breakfast was served from the same counter Pretty spartan rooms (no brush to clean the toilets available) Price-it's 2 more expensive than the same quality room in Paris

+ Excellent situation, close to restaurants and places of interest. Friendly staff.
- The room was quite small and there were no real wardrobe/cupboard to put away our clothes. The one in the room was small and already filled with blankets so we couldn't use it a lot. The reception only opens at 9 on week-ends and you have to remember to check out the day before if you leave early on Saturday or Sunday morning.

+ just round the corner from pubs/shops/tram stops, friendly + helpful staff, clean rooms (tidied + fresh towels daily), comfy beds! if you are looking for a good place to stay on a budget, this is a perfectly adequate hotel. we would definitely stay here again.
- not many minus points at all; this hotel is very good value for money. if pushed i could say the stairs were hard at the end of the night, but then again i shouldn't be so unfit!!!
