+ Very friendly staff. Lovely fresh breakfast every morning with plenty of choice. Rest of hotel and cleaning was very good, despite the pillow. Excellent location.
- I made the mistake of looking inside my pillowcase and the pillow was rather dirty.

- Noisy and smoking allowed everywhere. Don't expect to get a good nights sleep unless you're out all night partying with the rest of them.

+ superb location,very freindly staff,24hr bar!! excellent very fresh conti style breakfast,value for money at its best,this isnt realy a 1star hotel surely????i have visted/stayed in amsterdam for the past 23 years and wished i had found this place sooner.thanks

+ Reception staff couldnt be more helpful, room clean and bed comfy with a new matress and topper and fully air conditioned. Fresh towels each day Breakfast was worth getting up for with a huge choice of fresh tasty food, and we have been coming to Dam for over 12 years and had some awful breakfasts in that time. The location is second to none, and for the price we paid!! We will stay again in this Gem of a find. Would recommend to anyone, thanks again to the staff at Luxer.
- The only Minus points which the hotel staff can do nothing about, is the lack of insulation in the very thin walls - you can hear a mouse cough in the next room. It was fine during out of season, but I can Imagine that during peak season could get quite noisy with people coming and going.

- Single room was fairly basic with a small bed.
No tea/coffee making facilities.
No secure storage area for luggage.
Two of our party requested a twin room but were given a double despite reassurance from the Luxer that a twin would be "no problem"

- The staff was totally unpleasant: We have the feeling to disturb them all the time.

+ Very central location - minutes from the red light district and close to central station. 24 hour bar. Pleasant, safe atmosphere. Practical!
- Room very small. 15 minutes after we checked in, another guest was booked into the same room (good job we weren't up to anything when he let himself in!).

+ Centrally located, ideal for Station, canal trips and sight seeing, staff were friendly and helpful.
- Our room was smaller than we expected it was smaller than it looked on your website. Also the dining area was very cramped, not enough tables and chairs and variety at breakfast was poor.

- Only thing that i would have changed would be that our bed would be a double rather than 2 singles pushed together as i kept falloing\ down the middle hahaha

+ This is a great little hotel. It's in a great location for all the action and really close to the station. The room was warm, clean and very nice. We will certainly stay here again.

+ GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOMS. 24HR BAR. SECURE ENTRANCE AFTER DARK. I HAVE STAYED THERE ON 4 SEPERATE OCCASIONS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES, WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY.
