+ Centrally located, ideal for Station, canal trips and sight seeing, staff were friendly and helpful.
- Our room was smaller than we expected it was smaller than it looked on your website. Also the dining area was very cramped, not enough tables and chairs and variety at breakfast was poor.

- Only thing that i would have changed would be that our bed would be a double rather than 2 singles pushed together as i kept falloing\ down the middle hahaha

+ This is a great little hotel. It's in a great location for all the action and really close to the station. The room was warm, clean and very nice. We will certainly stay here again.

+ GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOMS. 24HR BAR. SECURE ENTRANCE AFTER DARK. I HAVE STAYED THERE ON 4 SEPERATE OCCASIONS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES, WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

+ The man that took our reservation was extreemly welcoming and friendly.
The room was pretty clean and although a little small was PERFECT for our stay. FANTASTIC location, we could 'smoke' in our room (non-smoking available). Breakfast is served later.
The price was fantastic - room rates say E150 per night.
WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!
- The rest of the reception staff didn't seem that friendly.
A couple of times, people tried to get in our room thinking it was empty

+ The location and price were excellent and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
- People smoking and no smoke extractor made the reception area very unpleasant when checking in and walking through.
The hygiene aspect of food handling at breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Removal of sliced ham and cheese and bread from packaging should not be done with an ungloved hand!
There seemed to be a lot of noise at night.
