Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.
- No ventilation in room - window inaccesible.
Booking info alludes to canal views from rooms. This was not the case, and in the four rooms we booked, none of the rooms had a view (with exception of a brick wall!).

+ THe staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. THe room was spotless. The location was perfect for our visit.
- THe room was so small there was no place to put our belongings except on the floor or on one of the chairs.

+ It ought to be the centralized location.
- Though it was mentioned that the hotel has just recently newly renovated, it still looks "worn" in the interior. The furnishing is too simple for a feel of coziness and the room was really squeezy and tiny.

Hotel Mozart is a warm, charming hotel with nice atmosphere located in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel has been recently renovated and was re-opened in April 2006.
