+ Most of the staff were extremely happy and friendly.
- There were a couple of staff who were quite rude and the breakfast was rubbish. Also the standard twin room was so narrow two people could barely fit. DONT DRINK IN THE BAR 15EUROS FOR A WHISKEY AND COKE!!!!!! (there are much cheaper places round the corner)

+ Excellent Location - just over road from Central Station right in the thick of the action. clean bathroom, nice shower. Lift worked well. nice bar/resturant downstairs. Free breakfast is a bonus!
- Very small room, but this is expected on a budget.

+ Great location, Great free breakfast, staff are really helpfull, other food in bar is good too, Also have live music, which is hard to find in amsterdam and also jazz on mondays. Right in all the action and fun,red lights, coffee shops food outlets,etc.

+ lo mejor es la ubicacion. y como a nosotros nos toco el edificio de enfrente, las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas, con sofa y todo, la cama comoda y todo bastante limpio. el desayuno tambien era muy bueno, eso di, todos los dias lo mismo.
- no habia plato de ducha, era el mismo suelo con un desague. y lo peor de todo es que no te guardan las maletas, te mandan a la estacion central y te cuesta casi 8€ cada una!!!
