- The room smelled of smoke and was quite dirty. Didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Also, we had a private room but locking mechanism was inadequate for safety.

- We had to arrange to move room after the first night as the windows were not double glazed and we could hear every little sound and did not sleep a wink.

+ Very good location, big rooms.
- I didn't have this problem, but two colleagues had rooms that smelled strongly from cigarette smoke and they were told that there aren't separate smoking and no smoking rooms. This makes me hesitant to use the hotel another time.

+ fantastic location directly opposite the train station for all local trams and buses, one block from Damrack, one block from Red Light District; very clean hotel; 24-hour desk; good breakfast with wide, plentiful choice of food included in price; hotel has bar and restaurant next door--good prices; elevator (still a few steps to some rooms)
- price was high even considering everything; the weekend we stayed was not a busy time and prices could have been lower; room furnishings are getting worn; ask to borrow the free hairdryer

- Poor breakfast, could have had a selection of pastries, maybe another hot food selection (eg bacon or sausage, as there were only beans and scrambled egg.

+ I have pulled my luggage down the street many times from central station to "some" hotel many times. Not this time! This hotel is in a great location across the street from central station. The staff was polite and helpful. The included breakfast was just what we needed!
