+ Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Facilities all excellent and well maintained. Location very central and all major attractions easily accessible. Hotel has own boat and landing on Prinsengracht.

+ Previously I wanted to stay in Canal House Hotel but there was no bedroom for that period so I looked for a place I’ll could find a spécial atmosphère, not that high standard design luxuous hotels that look the same wherever You stay in Seoul (W Hotel), Barcelone (Omm Hotel) or Amsterdam ; that is the reason why I choose your hotel instead of Dylan Hotel the architecture, the various ways rooms, lobby, gardens, sitting rooms where decorated was such a pleasure for the eyes ! that was exactly what we where looking for, my daughter and I : The location was perfect and it was a real peaceful place breakfast, coffee shop where delightful, I even had a real expresso coffee, unbelievable everybody was gentle and helpful I hope I’ll return in Amsterdam next year during springtime or automn and I certainly come back

+ We were very impressed by the level of excellence accorded us by your staff. They were friendly, helpful & always very courteous. As a side note we are somewhere between older couples and younger couples on your "group" identifer.

+ We liked the atmosthere very much, booth at the hotel and in the surrounding areas. Much better than staying to close to the center, that we unfortenly did last time. Tourist shops and traffic is not what we are looking for.
