- Few towels given, elevator and hallways looked run down, having to get a voucher at front desk for breakfast was stupid, breakfast was not worth 12,-.

+ Netjes, schoon, comfortabel, goede ligging.
- Er was een verbouwing aan de gang, die al 's ochtends on 7 uur begon. Dit was mij niet bekend toen ik de boeking maakte. Ik neem aan dat de lage prijs die ik betaalde (aanbieding via internet) hier mee verband hield, maar ik had graag deze informatie gehad om een meer gebalanceerde keuze te kunnen maken.
Het vele gebruik van zwart in de kamer maakt het erg donker.

+ Staff very friendly. Clean and good location for access to centre and museums.
- Room small, dark and very noisy - could hear tv / snoring etc from other rooms. Breakfast expensive. Moved to a hotel round the corner for same price including breakfast with v. comfortable quiet room.

+ Friendly, smiling staff (especially the blond tall man in Reception), good location. Beds very comfortable. The elevetor very handy (stairs difficult to walk). Clean.
- TV set too small, maintenance required in general (squaky doors, bathroom, wardrobe door difficult to open due to small handle), noise from the street. The room for three beds absolutely too small! The charge of 15 for breakfast too much.

+ The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
- The television was mounted too close to the ceiling, when laying in bed it gave me a headache. To see the television screen normally, I had to watch it standing up.

+ The service was very good,from the time I walked in the door until I finished my stay.It is a wonderful location.
- It was a little expensive as it was a small room.I travel to Amsterdam at least twice a year and it would be great if your hotel could give a cheaper price for someone when they return to your hotel .

Hotel ROBERTRAMON is a beautiful design hotel in the heart of Amsterdam situated in the luxurious shopping street the P.C.Hooftstraat and is only a couple of steps away from the Rijks Museum, the van Gogh museum and the Leidseplein.
