+ Staff was very helpfull, on new year eve, we received a small bottle of champagne with 2 glasses in our rooms, great ! Rooms are non-smoker, but you can smoke in the lobby, where 2 notebooks with internet access were available. Very helpfull. Ideal location.

+ I myself have stayed in many hotels in Amsterdam. This hotel is without doubt the best I have stayed in. We will definitely use this hotel next time we visit.

+ quirky hotel.
- would not re-book, Rooms never made until at leat 3pm most days & on one day never done. Couldnt get our names right. NH is far better Advertised wrong, no round bath & no exposed beames in room overall poor

+ Excellent location; spacious, albeit dirty,bathroom
- Dirty room, very dirty bath room. Room is so noisy - footsteps on the floor above throughout the night - that I couldn't sleep at all.

+ However on the plus side, I thought the room & bathroom were decorated very nicely and also the room service was very prompt!
- Unfortunately the garden isn't yet finished! From my ground floor window (which surprised me as had specifically been told would be on 2nd floor!) all I could see was bags of rubbish and building tools - hardly the relaxing breakfast I'd been promised! Was also promised a bath and natural light in my bathroom ... which weren't provided ... overall I would say this hotel is borderline false advertising! I wouldn't stay here again.

+ Amazing king size bed, excellent bathroom, very nice little patio.
- A new hotel - just needs some fine touches such as a full lenght mirror on the bathroom door, the expresso machine moved from under where you hang your clothes and the TV monitor near the bed blocks your patio, table and bed access.

- Room was non smoking but we were not advised prior to arrival - no problem tho as the hotel were quick to sort it.

+ Rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good. The bathrooms are fantastic!
- We had to use the same bath robe for the 5 days we were there and had to ask for the coffee and tea to be replaced every day apart from the last day. We also were given the wrong room on the first night and had to then change rooms on the second night.
