+ -The flexibility of the check in time was the most convenient for us. Our flight arrived very early from the US and we were able to get into the room as soon as we arrived,without waiting for a specific check in time. The pool was an excellent way to unwind after an all night flight. The complimentary shuttle service enabled us to travel freely between the hotel and the airport, giving us the opportunity to explore Amsterdam via train travel, soon after our arrival. The staff were very professional and courteous.

- Slechte (véel te zachte) matrassen/kussens. Slecht werkende losse kranen, warm/koud nauwelijks in te stellen.

+ Location was great and shuttle was great. Also had good truck stop restaurant in parking lot
- The room was small, not very clean and dingy and dusty. Looked like the room had not been cleaned in months.. or maybe since the 1970's. it is very close and convenient to airport but was VERY OVERPRICED. Would be a great deal for 60-80 euros.. not 245 as was the rack rate during this busy conference. Baby crib was NOT SAFE - wobbled and colapsing..

+ easy access (we travelled by car), easy parking, close to amsterdam, plenty of towels in bathroom, good breakfast buffet.
- receptionist didn't really want to be there, but staff at breakfast was super friendly.

+ The bar is very cosy and the service is good. The location is convenient for air travellers to and from Schiphol airport. Standard double rooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms large with both showers and bathtubs
- This time I booked a deluxe room and expected some luxury but was greatly disappointed. Except for being slightly larger and with something called whirlpool the room was exactly like a standard double room and far from being worth the difference in price. The breakfast in this hotel is too expensive and should be included in the room price. Also, in a hotel of this standard there should be free internet access instead of a 5 Euro charge per 15 min.

+ Its close to the main A4 not far from the airport and there is free parking. And they have rabbits and pet birds in the garden area.
- Location is noisy by Main road. Very un welcoming and non personal hotel. Was woken at 10:30pm by cleaning staff wanting to give me a clean towel! Dont stay here for more than a night unless you really have to. There are much better hotels in the area.

- We found your hotel to be very unclean. Also my daughter was locked in the bathroom as there was no handle on the door at all.(A fire hazard I would say). I asked for it to be repaired and they managed to take the outside handle off as well. I could only think if one was to be on there own staying at your hotel they would be locked in the bathroom for the night. I work in the travel industry and I must say how it was all handled was completely unsatisfactory. If I would have had time to change hotels I would have but that was not an option.

- The hotel should make sure you do not want smoking rooms when you check in. We were lucky that there were other rooms available.

+ Cheapish, some food places nearby, 15 mins on bus from Schiphol
- Very busy, the reception is very slow and the receptionists are very unhelpful/incompetent. Poor sound insulation meaning you can hear people talking outside. On the motorway so you must use the bus/car to get around
