+ The location was very good and the hotel itself was very nice.
- Our room was located directly below the breakfast room and was very noisy from 5:00am each morning.
We were unable to get any sleep from that time on.

+ room decor really nice, very clean, breakfast excellent, manager very understsnding of our situation
- unfortunately we had mosquitoes in our room and were bitten very badly on the first and second night. Manager had it fumigated but after day one receptionist on second night not very helpful when insects returned

+ Services provided by the hotel staff, is good. Like to specially compliment the lady receptionist, who is very helpful to bring a portable fan to our hotel room, as we only realised that the hotel room is not air-conditioned after checked-in.
- It will be good if the hotel rooms are air-conditioned, especially for tourists who are spending their Summer holiday.

- Location, 15 minutes away from city centre by tram.
No bath in our room, small shower cubicle despite it being a superior room.

- One of the rooms was not made up & a room change was needed.
The restaurant breakfast area was very crowded with chairs too close together
Location was not as convenient as advertised

+ very nice people at the reception. They were all very helpfull.
- We would have liked to be able to open the window. The air in our room was sometime quite poor.
We also lacked a big mirror!

+ Room was impeccably clean. Small but beautifully clean and modern bathroom. Bright, clean rooms, bedroom and dining area included. Wonderfully helpful front desk and dining room staff. Conveniently located right next to a tram line.
- Lack of airconditioning was a definite minus. Stayed here in june and it was unseasonably hot in Amsterdam at the time, making the room almost unbearably hot at times. Even a fan would have helped.

+ Clean and tidy.
- hotel tried to relocate us in a different location due to our room being damaged by bad weather. Unfortunately, this hotel was not up the standard we had hoped and was forced to return to Hotel Seasons and stay in a double room and not a triple, as booked.
The staff at both hotels were not very helpful.
There were no Plasma televisions as stated on teh booking screen.

Hotel Seasons is a new hotel near the city centre of Amsterdam. It is the perfect place to start exploring the great city of Amsterdam. The hotel is located in walking distance of one of the major entertainment areas, the Rembrandts Square, the Flee Market, the Heineken Brewery and the famous Albert Cuyp Market.
