+ Good location Good breakfast except coffee, which was awful

- Room was extremely small for 3 people and was partly below ground next to the linen store - I would expect to have been told this. The taxi we ordered appeared to be the hotel's own and was very expensive

+ The staff were very friendly and accomadating as I turned up at 10am and they let us get a room. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was across from the tram stop and within easy access of the city.

- I had booked a double room, which I thought would have a double bed, to be presented with a small room with 2 single beds. The hotel offered us another room in the basement, which had a double bed but it was at the front of a very busy road. You can hear the cars going past, and people walking in the morning. The cleaners were up at 9am and were making a lot of noise as were other guests at 3am. The room was too small 5m x 5m. The check out time at 11am was too early. Overall, I did not feel that this offered the value for money (compared to say a travel inn in England) I was looking for as it was too noisy and did not get much sleep.

- Small room for 3 star and even smaler bathroom, they should fix some things in the room like: - not working lamp, - not properly fixed toiletpaper holder (I've already made it)

- No room services as breakfast, mini bar, ... Two periods for breakfast but possibility to ask ? I don't know, it doesn't happened for us...

+ kind staff, good breakfast good and nearby public transportation to the center

- no privacy, paper walls, all that happened in the rooms on the same floor could be heard. for the price asked, the rooms were small

+ breakfast is good. other personnel were friendly. hygiene was good...

- The receptionist was actually very rude. not willing to help the customer out. We were on our honeymoon, we wanted a double room on the ground floor (we had this room/floor previously and we were happy that s why we came back for 1 week stay)An asian guy at the reception just didn t care about our wishes. He lied to us by saying that other rooms were occupied... we won t go back to this place.

- we forgot some items and they said never find it. thats not true because we closed our luggages in room and when we open it at home we have not this items (without economic valor but important for us) we are sure that we forgot it in room.
