+ Location was good thats all.
- We were on the 4th floor and outside our bedroom door there were work men drilling and banging the walls from early morning. Somebody got sick outside our bedroom door, and the staff presumed it was us. I would never stay here again.

+ Very central location and clean and tidy for the price. Staff allow you to go about your business whcih is always a plus and were very helpful when we had questions
- The toilet in the room really could do with being cleaned with some sort of bleach/disinfectant as it was very heavily stained and smelt unclean after a few hours of the room being cleaned. The hotel states that the smoking of any drugs will not be tolerated yet as soon as you walk away from receiption the whole place stinks of weed. If the hotel stuck to it's no smoking drugs policy would it have any guests?????

- The bottom sheet was too small for the large mattress and became easily tangled. Some form of fitted sheet would be an improvement

- Bedlamps missing, bathroom mirror lamp broken, no real windows(attic), dirty glasses and cutlery, floor under renovation, bad smell from room deodorant.

+ Its location.
- Room was clean but in need of refurbishment and needs to be brought up to modern day hotel standards in terms of fixtures, fittings, bed and bathroom quality. Also, I was late for breakfast on the first day stay (10min before close) and all food was gone. This was very disapointing. I would not stay in nor recommend this Hotel again.

+ The hotel is near the train station and close to the main attractions in Amsterdam. I have stayed in the hotel a few times now and would use it again.
