+ Excellent value for money, better quality than we had anticipated. Service was very welcoming and accomodating. had a great time in amsterdam and would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends.
- hotel slightly out of town but use of trams extremely easy, though late at night required to get taxi.

- only 5 points for comfort: we stayed in the 4th floor and the hotel has no elevator (and I went there with my mother). That was rather inconvenient. Besides that everything was fine.

+ Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable, room looked nice, breakfast was tasty. Free computer to use in the lobby was useful.
- Lack of air conditioning and ventilation made the room incredibly hot, even at night, when it was hot outside. Location was quiet but far away from tourist sights, which took up time.
